A spiritual counselling modality that draws from the wisdom of Shamanisim, hypnotherapy, Buddhist psychology, and transpersonal psychology. One session is up to 75 mins.

Shamanism is an ancient wisdom system that has existed in many cultures. I use applied shamanic processes such as power retrieval, soul retrieval, extractions and soul-part exchanges to help address imbalances. 

A 75 min session where you learn how to use the shamanic journey to deeply address issues, concerns, or questions. 5 sessions are recommended. 

A beautiful 45 min intuitive healing session that blends energy, sound, light, meditation, and song. Healing session starts with a shamanic healing song using drums. Session ends with intuitive card pull.

An opportunity to create a unique ceremony that honours the event, life experience, or life transition. I provide consultation in helping create the ceremony that is in alignment with you.
